The company was founded in 2002 and started full operations in 2004. Operating from KwaZulu-Natal, Sphola International is based on a solid foundation of integrity, professionalism and best practice and strives to deliver services that add value to our clients. We have increased our operational footprint to Western Cape, Gauteng, and Mpumalanga.

We have teamed up with the Biopharma Institute in London, to facilitate the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in clieaning and Sanitation Training Programme. This programme consists of a comprehensive overview and a solid introduction to cleaning and sanitation, facility cleaning, equipment cleaning, cleaning agents, buildings and grounds, and a final summary of all previously listed topics.

We were founded in 2004 by a Director who boasts more than 25 years of experience as a practitioner in Education and in Sports as player, a development coach and player's agent. He also has vast experience in business management, leadership, mentorship and coaching.
