Who is Muzi?
Mzwakhile “Muzi” Sigudu is the Director and Founder of Sphola International. He boasts more than 20 years experience as a practitioner in Education and in Sports as player, a development coach and player’s agent.
Muzi’s career profile is that of high levels of professionalism offered by an innovative, quick thinking, energetic and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and management. His career objectives include rising up to any given challenge, establishment of job satisfaction and the opportunity to build on existing experience.

Muzi has about 20 years combined working experience in the fields of education, and skills training environment. He is responsible for the entire management function, including quality assurance, material development budget planning and monitoring, and the development and implementation of management controls in Sphola International.
Achievements
In the last 5 years Muzi has studied extensive practical business leadership as part of my academic requirements for Academic presentations, assignments, and thesis in both advanced management, master’s, and doctoral Levels. He has also attended Master lectures in India at Indian School of Business and in UK with the London School of Business and Finance through the LFC E.L.I.T.E.S. programme.
